2024 Vancouver Christmas Giving Program

Registration Process

Reminder: As we near Christmas, if no appointment times show when you click above, that means we have no more available at this time. Please check back as some may become available. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us during registration dates and wait in our standby line from 9am - 2pm, December 2-20 (Monday - Friday), 2024. Standby wait times will vary, so please be prepared.

Every December we register low-income families and families on assistance with children, 18 and under, living in Vancouver. We provide families with food vouchers and the opportunity to select gifts for each of their children who are 18 and under, so that they can experience a Happy Holiday.

Our volunteers and staff will personally handle your application as quickly and efficiently as possible when you arrive for your appointment. You must have an appointment to register. We offer a one day registration process, where you can register and receive items right away if you qualify.

Please keep in mind:

  • Children are NOT allowed at registration. No exceptions will be made. Infants secured in a snugly or stroller are okay.

  • People with special needs and/or disabilities will be accommodated. Please contact our office.

  • Only FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN (18 years of age and under) living in VANCOUVER can register with us.

Families living outside the Vancouver area should contact their local Christmas Bureau to register as dates and locations vary.  There is a list of other bureaus and their contact information at the bottom of this page.

The Salvation Army in Vancouver also registers local low-income families for Christmas assistance. Please note that if you apply at one agency you cannot apply at the other one.
